TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of the full terms and conditions of the Promotion.

-Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

-Employees of Tasman Industries and their immediate families are ineligible to claim any winning tickets. Children under the age of 13 years may enter the Promotion with their parents or legal guardian’s consent.

-The Promotion commences on 1st January 2009 and closes at midnight on 2nd April 2009. No entries will be accepted after this date.

-The Winners will be confirmed by phone call. This notification will be made within 14 working days of competition closure date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by the closure date, the winner will forfeit the prize. The prize will be delivered by courier free of charge, to the winner once delivery instructions have been confirmed.

-The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or greater value.

-Tasman Industries may require a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at a nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoters discretion.

-Tasman Industries shall not be liable for any loss, (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

-All entries will be the property of Tasman Industries. The information entrants provide will be used by Tasman Industries for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.

-By accepting a prize you agree to be available for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, including photographs and interviews. Winners acknowledge that their personal details including photographs may be published in newspapers, magazines and on the internet.

-Tasman Industries collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used for the purposes of the Promotion and in particular to notify the prize winner and verify the prize winner’s identity. All personal information provided by entrants will be held for Tasman Industries, or such other place as is notified to the entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information.

-Personal information given will be used for prize redemption only and will not be used for any other purpose.
